Under no circumstances shall Rava Ray be liable for any direct or indirect losses and/or damages in connection with the use of or inability to use this website. If you are dissatisfied with any content on www.ravaray.com, please email ravaray@gmail.com so that we may improve your customer experience.

Authenticity & Warranty

Rava Ray merchandise is one of a kind and created by the designer. The products may not be entirely free of workmanship errors. If you receive an order with such an error contact customer service via ravaray@gmail.com with a picture and a description of the defect. Your claim will then be processed before returning the product. 

Shipping & Returns

1. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

2. Items can be shipped worldwide. However, note that some countries do not accept certain shipments.

3. OPT/Fare Rata (based in Tahiti) will be the default mail carrier for domestic orders. You may request an alternate postal service in a private email following your order.

4. Shipping is calculated based on the shipping address you provide during the checkout process.

5. If a package is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, but you have not physically received it, you will need to contact the local postal service to follow up on the issue. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Rava Ray is not liable to refund or resend the order.

6. Returned items must be unused and free of tears and/or stains.

7. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

8. Given the geographical nature of the business, Rava Ray shipping dates vary month to month.

Model and Photographer Credit

Images used on this website feature different artists, photographers, and models. Credit is available upon request or on @ravaray Instagram posts.

Taxes

Rava Ray is a business registered in Tahiti, French Polynesia. Taxes are calculated accordingly. You can view this addition on your bill at checkout.
